These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 20bet ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the 20bet website located at https://20bet.casa and all associated services, features, content, and functionality offered therein.

20bet is an English-language online betting and gaming platform serving players in Malaysia. Our services include sports betting, live casino games, slots, and related gaming products. • You must not already hold an active Account with 20bet. Only one Account per person is permitted.
• You must not be self-excluded from the Platform or any associated gambling operator.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any third party or for any commercial purpose not expressly authorised by 20bet.

When registering an Account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You further agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete at all times. 20bet reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or close accounts where information provided is found to be inaccurate, misleading, or incomplete.

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the Platform. Where 20bet identifies that a single individual has registered multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — all such accounts may be suspended, and any balances, bonuses, or winnings may be forfeited at 20bet's sole discretion.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify 20bet immediately via our support channels if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. 20bet will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your Account where such use results from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

20bet representatives will never ask you to disclose your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any such request should be reported to our security team without complying with it.

4.3 Account Closure

You may request account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Where you request closure for responsible gambling reasons, 20bet will process the request promptly and apply self-exclusion measures as appropriate. Any outstanding real money balance at time of closure will be refunded to your verified payment method, subject to applicable KYC verification and withdrawal terms.

20bet is committed to responsible operation and regulatory compliance. As part of this commitment, we implement Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures to verify the identity and age of our users. KYC verification may be required at any of the following points:

5.2 Verification Timelines

20bet will endeavour to process KYC submissions within 3 business days of receiving all required documentation. During any pending KYC review, withdrawals may be temporarily placed on hold. 20bet accepts no liability for any delay in payment that results directly from a user's failure to provide timely or adequate verification documentation.

20bet supports a range of payment methods tailored to Malaysian players, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, direct bank transfers via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank, as well as cryptocurrency options including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and Tether (USDT). All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified.

6.1 Deposit Terms

• All funds deposited must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of deposit.
• 20bet does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
• Deposits credited to your Account are for wagering purposes on the Platform only and cannot be used for any other purpose.

6.2 Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used for deposit by the same Account holder, subject to KYC verification.
• 20bet targets e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) in under 5 minutes; DuitNow and FPX withdrawals in 5–15 minutes; and bank wire transfers in 15–60 minutes. These are target timelines, not guarantees, and may be affected by third-party processing times.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable processing fees are displayed in the withdrawal section of your Account.
• 20bet reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal where KYC requirements have not been satisfied, where suspicious activity is suspected, or where the withdrawal is subject to active bonus wagering requirements.
• Withdrawals of Bonus Funds prior to satisfying applicable Wagering Requirements are not permitted.

All promotions are subject to the specific terms of the individual offer, which form part of these Terms, as well as the following general provisions.

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Wagering Requirement: All Bonus Funds are subject to a Wagering Requirement before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The applicable multiplier (e.g., x10, x15, x20) is specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Maximum Bet Limit: While Bonus Funds are active on your Account, a maximum bet limit applies per wager. This limit is typically in the range of MYR 250 to MYR 500 per bet or spin. Placing bets in excess of this limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Game Contribution Rates: Not all games contribute equally to Wagering Requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Table games, live dealer games, and other non-slot products may contribute at a reduced rate (commonly 10%–20%). Sports bets typically contribute at 50%–100%. Specific contribution rates are stated in individual promotion terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses that remain unclaimed or whose Wagering Requirements remain unsatisfied within the stated validity period (typically 7, 14, or 30 days from activation) will be automatically forfeited without compensation.

7.2 Bonus Abuse

20bet takes bonus integrity seriously. Any activity that 20bet determines, in its sole discretion, to constitute bonus abuse — including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses, systematic low-risk betting strategies designed to exploit Wagering Requirements, or coordinated play with other users — will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.

All bets and wagers placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules governing the relevant sport, event, or game type, as displayed within the applicable section of the Platform. The following general rules apply to all wagers:

• Bets are only accepted if your Account holds sufficient cleared Real Money Funds or Bonus Funds to cover the full stake at time of placement.
• Once a bet has been confirmed and a reference number issued, it cannot be altered or cancelled by the User, except where specifically provided for in the applicable sport or game rules.
• Odds displayed at time of bet placement are the odds that apply to the wager, subject to any applicable "early payout" or "void bet" rules.
• 20bet reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the result was already known at time of placement, where the bet was placed at odds that were materially incorrect due to a system error, or where the bet was placed in breach of these Terms.
• In the event of a technical failure or system error during game play or bet placement, 20bet's records shall be the definitive reference for determining the status of any wager. Where a technical error results in an incorrect display of odds or payout amounts, 20bet reserves the right to correct the error and apply the correct odds or payout.
• Minimum and maximum stake amounts apply per bet and per event, as displayed on the Platform.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform. Users found to have engaged in any prohibited conduct are subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to place bets, access the Platform, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Collusion with other players for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Fraudulent chargebacks or reversal of deposits made to your 20bet Account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fabricated information during registration or KYC verification.
• Registering or operating multiple Accounts for any purpose, including but not limited to claiming duplicate bonuses.
• Exploitation of platform errors, incorrect odds, or technical glitches to generate unfair winnings.
• Facilitating access to the Platform by any individual under 21 years of age or by any individual in a Prohibited Territory.
• Use of the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Harassment, threats, or abusive conduct directed at 20bet staff or other users through any Platform communication channel.

20bet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account, at any time, with or without prior notice, where:

• A User has breached any provision of these Terms.
• 20bet reasonably suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other unlawful conduct.
• A User is found to be under 21 years of age.
• A User has self-excluded and attempts to access the Platform.
• Continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other users.
• 20bet is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or order of a competent authority.

Where an Account is suspended or terminated due to a breach of these Terms, 20bet reserves the right to withhold any funds held in that Account, including Real Money Funds and Bonus Funds, pending investigation. Where a final determination of breach is made, forfeited funds may be retained by 20bet.

Where Account suspension is a precautionary measure and no breach is ultimately established, any withheld Real Money Funds will be returned to the User upon satisfactory resolution of the investigation.

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and data compilations, is the intellectual property of 20bet or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any Platform content without express written authorisation from 20bet.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 20bet, its directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of service.

Without limiting the foregoing, 20bet's total aggregate liability to any User for any claim arising from or related to the Platform or these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User into their Account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

20bet does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform and all services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

13.1 Age Verification
